Return and Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If the product you receive is damaged or the wrong item, please send photos of the item within seven (7) days to orders@storyverseland.com, to enable us to send you a new product as a replacement. Replacement of the new product is delivered within 7–21 days after receiving photos that clearly showcase the damaged product.
As our items are personalised, we are unable to accept requests for returns or refunds on the product. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
